  1. Tell us where you are going

    Set your pickup and your destination. We show the route and an up-front fare estimate before you commit to anything.

  2. Get matched with a driver

    We look for drivers near your pickup point and send you the match — the name, the vehicle and the number plate.

  3. Watch them arrive

    Follow the car on the map, call through the app without sharing your number, and share a live link with someone if you want to.

  4. Ride, pay and rate

    Give the driver your four-digit start PIN, travel, then pay in cash or digitally and rate the trip. The itemised receipt is in your history.

Most of what goes wrong with a ride is an information problem — an unclear fare, a driver you cannot find, a charge you cannot explain. These are the parts we designed first.

Live tracking that keeps up

While a driver is on the way to you or you are in the vehicle, position updates are sent every few seconds — not batched — so the map matches the road.

A PIN to start the trip

The app gives you a four-digit code. The driver enters it to begin the ride, which is how you both know you are in the right vehicle with the right person.

Pay the way you want

Cash, UPI, card, net banking or your in-app wallet, depending on what is enabled in your city. Every ride ends with a receipt either way.

Let someone follow along

Share a live trip link with anyone. They watch the vehicle move in a browser — no app, no account, and the link stops working when the ride ends.

    Identity, licence and vehicle documents are reviewed before an account can take rides.

    Riders rate drivers and drivers rate riders, and low ratings are reviewed by our team.

How do I book a ride?

Open the PikMeGo app, sign in with your mobile number and the one-time password we send you, then set your pickup point and your destination. Choose a cab, auto or bike, check the fare estimate, and request the ride. We look for a nearby driver and show you the match, the vehicle and the number plate as soon as one accepts.

How is my fare calculated?

A fare is made up of a base fare, a charge for the distance travelled, a charge for the time taken, and any waiting time beyond the free waiting period. Booking and platform fees, night charges, airport charges and a demand multiplier are added where they apply, any coupon is deducted, then tax is applied and tolls or parking are passed through at cost. The app shows you an estimate before you book and an itemised breakdown afterwards.

What riders get
Can I pay in cash?

Yes, where cash is enabled in your city. You settle directly with the driver at the end of the ride and the receipt still appears in your ride history.

How do I cancel a ride?

Open the ride in the app and choose to cancel. Cancelling before a driver accepts is always free. After a driver has accepted there is a short free window, and a cancellation fee may apply once it has passed. The app tells you the fee before you confirm.
