Get this sorted

Most problems are quickest to solve from inside the app, because the ride comes attached. Everything else has a route here.

If someone is in danger, contact the authorities first. In India the emergency number is 108. Report it to us afterwards — we can act on the trip record and the account, but we are not an emergency service.

How support works

From a problem to a resolution

Four steps, and an escalation route that does not go back to the same desk.

Response times

First reply
4–24 hours
Safety reports
5 minutes
Grievances
48 hours
Refunds, once approved
5–7 business days
  1. Raise it in the app

Open the ride and raise a request against it. It reaches support with the trip, the vehicle, the driver and the payment already attached — which is usually the difference between one reply and five.

  2. Or write to us

Email support@pikmego.com, or use the contact form. Include the date, the pickup point and what happened.

  3. We investigate

Support reads the trip record — the route, the timings, the fare breakdown and the messages — rather than only the two accounts of it.

  4. Escalate if it is unresolved

If the answer does not settle it, ask for it to go to our grievance officer, who reviews it independently of the agent who handled it.
