PikMeGo connects passengers with drivers nearby for cabs, autos and two-wheelers. The product decisions behind it come from the parts of a ride that usually fail — the fare you cannot explain, the driver you cannot find, the complaint that goes nowhere.
The problem
Getting somewhere should not require trust in the dark
Booking a ride asks a lot of a stranger. You tell an app where you are, get into a vehicle you have never seen before, and agree to a price you will only find out at the end. Most rides go fine. The ones that do not tend to fail in the same handful of ways: a fare nobody can account for, a driver circling a block you cannot see, a charge that appeared without explanation, a complaint that disappears into a form.
Each of those is an information problem before it is a transport problem. So PikMeGo is built to close the gaps: an estimate before you commit and an itemised bill afterwards, a live map rather than a status message, a four-digit code that proves the vehicle in front of you is yours, and a support request that arrives already attached to the trip it is about.
How we build it
Four decisions that shape everything else
Prices are explained, not announced
Every fare arrives as a set of named lines — distance, time, waiting, fees, tax, tolls. A number you cannot take apart is a number you cannot dispute.
The rules live on the server
Fares, matching, cancellation charges and payouts are all decided by the platform, never by a phone. That is why an estimate and a receipt agree, and why no app can talk the price down.
Verification comes before the first ride
Identity, licence and vehicle documents are reviewed before an account can take a trip, and tracked afterwards as they approach expiry.
Two sides, one standard
Riders rate drivers and drivers rate riders. Both sides have support that can see the trip, and both can be suspended while a report is investigated.

A ride touches four groups. Each has its own app or console, and all of them read from the same platform — which is why a driver, a fleet manager and a support agent looking at the same trip see the same thing.

Where this goes
The long version
Cities do not move on one kind of vehicle. A bike is right for a congested two kilometres, an auto for a short hop with shopping, a cab when there are four of you and a suitcase. Supporting all three from one app is not a feature list — it is the assumption the platform is built on, down to how fares, capacity and dispatch are modelled per category.
The same goes for how drivers work. Some drive their own vehicle, some drive for a fleet. Both need onboarding that respects their time, earnings they can account for, and payouts that arrive with a statement. Building for the second case from the start is what makes the first case honest.
We are deliberate about what we claim. This site quotes no user numbers, no rankings, no awards and no income guarantees — not as modesty, but because a platform that overstates itself in public tends to be wrong in private too.
