Everything here describes how the platform behaves today. Amounts and time windows are set per city, so the app is the only place that can quote them accurately — this page explains the rule rather than the number.

14 questions
How do I book a ride?
Open the PikMeGo app, sign in with your mobile number and the one-time password we send you, then set your pickup point and your destination. Choose a cab, auto or bike, check the fare estimate, and request the ride. We look for a nearby driver and show you the match, the vehicle and the number plate as soon as one accepts.
See the full booking flowWhat vehicle types can I book?
Three: a cab for up to four passengers, an auto for up to three, and a bike for a single rider. Which of them you can book depends on what is available in your city at the time you book.
How is my fare calculated?
A fare is made up of a base fare, a charge for the distance travelled, a charge for the time taken, and any waiting time beyond the free waiting period. Booking and platform fees, night charges, airport charges and a demand multiplier are added where they apply, any coupon is deducted, then tax is applied and tolls or parking are passed through at cost. The app shows you an estimate before you book and an itemised breakdown afterwards.
What riders getWhy is the final fare sometimes different from the estimate?
The estimate is calculated from the route we expect to take. The final fare is calculated from the trip that actually happened, so a diversion, a longer wait at the pickup, traffic, or a change of destination mid-ride will move it. Every difference is itemised on your receipt.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, where cash is enabled in your city. You settle directly with the driver at the end of the ride and the receipt still appears in your ride history.
Can I pay digitally?
The platform supports UPI, cards, net banking and your in-app wallet. Which of these you see at checkout depends on what is enabled in your city.
How do I cancel a ride?
Open the ride in the app and choose to cancel. Cancelling before a driver accepts is always free. After a driver has accepted there is a short free window, and a cancellation fee may apply once it has passed. The app tells you the fee before you confirm.
Read the cancellation policyWhat happens if my driver does not arrive?
You can watch the driver approach on the map and call them from the app without either of you seeing the other's number. If they are not moving or cannot reach you, cancel and rebook — a cancellation caused by the driver is not charged to you — or raise a support request and we will look at the trip record.
What is the PIN the app shows me at pickup?
A four-digit code that starts the trip. You give it to the driver when you get in, and the trip cannot begin until they enter it. It is what makes sure you are in the right vehicle and the right person is driving it.
How we handle safetyCan someone follow my ride?
Yes. You can share a live link to a trip in progress from the app. Whoever you send it to can watch the vehicle move and see the trip status in a browser, without installing anything or creating an account. The link stops working when the trip ends.
I left something in the vehicle. What now?
Open the ride in your history and raise a lost-item request. It reaches support with the trip, the vehicle and the driver already attached, and we contact the driver on your behalf.
Contact supportCan I book a ride for later?
Yes. Scheduled rides can be booked in advance, within the booking window the app shows you, and we start looking for a driver shortly before your pickup time. You get a reminder before the ride.
How do I get a receipt?
Every completed ride has an itemised receipt in your ride history in the app. If your account has an email address on it, the receipt is also emailed to you when the ride is paid for.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion from the account section of the app, or by writing to us. We confirm the request, close the account, and delete or anonymise your data except where we are required to keep records — ride and payment records, for instance, are usually retained for tax and dispute purposes.

11 questions
How do I become a PikMeGo driver?
Download PikMeGo Dost, the driver app, and sign in with your mobile number. The app walks you through onboarding one step at a time: your details, a profile photo, your identity proof and driving licence, your vehicle and its documents, your bank details, and the driver terms. You can stop and come back — it remembers where you were.
Driving with PikMeGoWhat documents do I need?
A profile photo, an identity proof, your driving licence, and for your vehicle its registration certificate, insurance and permit. Depending on your city we may also ask for an address proof, police verification, a fitness certificate, a pollution certificate or a photo of the vehicle. The app lists exactly what is outstanding.
How does verification work?
Once you submit, your application goes to our operations team for review. You can see its status in the app at every stage. If a document is unclear or expired it is sent back with the reason, and you re-upload just that one rather than starting again.
How long does approval take?
It depends on the city and how complete your submission is. The app shows you the current status, and you are notified as soon as a decision is made.
How do I get ride requests?
Go online in the app. When a request near you comes in you see the pickup, the estimated distance and the fare, and you have a few seconds to accept. Declining a request does not cost you anything; simply going offline stops requests entirely.
How do earnings work?
Each completed trip adds your share of the fare to your earnings, which you can see per trip, per day and per settlement period in the app. The platform commission is deducted as configured for your city. Payouts are made to the bank account on your profile on a settlement cycle, and every cycle has a statement you can open.
How is cash handled?
When a rider pays in cash you keep the notes. The fare is recorded against the trip and the commission on it is deducted from your settlement instead, so a cash ride and a digital ride leave you in the same place.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. What you earn depends on how much you drive, when and where you drive, and how many riders are booking at the time. We do not promise an income figure and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion.
Can I drive more than one vehicle?
Your account is approved against a specific vehicle and its documents. To change vehicles, add the new one in the app and submit its documents for verification.
What if a rider does not turn up?
Wait at the pickup for the period the app shows you, try to contact the rider through the app, and then report a no-show. The trip is closed out against the rider rather than against you.
How do I contact driver support?
Raise a support request from the driver app — it arrives with your account, your vehicle and the relevant trip already attached, which is usually the difference between a same-day answer and a long exchange of questions. You can also write to us by email.
Driver supportNot answered here?
Support can see the ride you are asking about. Raise it in the app and it arrives with the trip already attached, or write to us and include the date and the pickup point.
