What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Related technologies — local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — do similar things by different means. Together they are how a site remembers you, and how most sites are measured.

What this website uses

This website currently sets no cookies at all.

That is not a figure of speech. It is a set of static pages: there is no sign-in, no shopping basket, no server session, no embedded video and no advertising. Analytics is not switched on in this build, so no third-party script loads and nothing is stored in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Strictly necessary	No	Keeping a sign-in session or a form submission alive. This site has neither.
Preferences	No	Remembering a setting such as a language or a theme.
Analytics	No	Counting visits and pages viewed, in aggregate, to see what is worth improving.
Advertising	No	Building a profile to target advertising. We do not do this.

If this changes

If we switch analytics on, we will:

• update this page first, naming the provider and what it stores;
• choose a provider that does not build cross-site advertising profiles;
• ask for consent before setting anything, where the law that applies to you requires it.

Analytics, when enabled, records which page was viewed and which control was pressed. It does not record your name, your phone number, your email address or anything you type into a form.

Server logs

Separately from cookies, our hosting keeps standard web server logs: the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string and the IP address the request came from. These are generated by the act of serving a page, not by anything stored on your device, and are kept for a short operational period for security and diagnostics.

The mobile apps

The PikMeGo and PikMeGo Dost apps do not use cookies — cookies are a browser mechanism. They store your session token and your preferences in your device's own secure storage, which is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the app.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you see what a site has stored, delete it, and block future cookies — usually under privacy or site settings. Blocking cookies entirely will break many websites; it will not break this one, because it does not use any.

Browsers also offer "Do Not Track" and global privacy signals. We have nothing to apply them to today. If analytics is ever enabled, we will honour them.
